How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, we will forward you a tracking number for your records.

How do I return an Item?
Even though our items are all handmade with expected unique imperfections,
we accept returns on certain items within 7 days from your date of purchase, and exchanges within 14 days from your date of purchase with original order confirmation or receipt only.  Shipping charges may apply.  
All items must be unworn and in saleable condition. We do not accept anything
marked "Final Sale." Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs
you may have incurred.

 How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our
shipping carriers and promotions we may run.  Please check with Urbana Sacs
for current shipping rates and /or any promotions we may be offering.

Urbana Sacs reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays recognized in the United States.
Orders designated to ship on a standard service will usually ship within the same
day. However, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Depending on your location,
please expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days from the date your
order was placed.
Orders designated to ship Overnight or Second Day will ship on the same day if
the order is placed by 12:00 p.m. (P.S.T.) Otherwise, they will ship the following business day.
We are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes and certain locations in Alaska. However, there are several third-party forwarding services that can redirect your Urbana Sacs online order to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses for a fee.

  1. Here is how your Urbana Sacs online order can be shipped to an APO/FPO or
    P.O. Box.
  2. Sign up for a third party forwarding service such as APO Box
  3. Complete your Urbana Sacs online order and enter the shipping address
    provided by your preferred third party forwarding service.
  4. We will then ship your order to the forwarding service address you have provided. The third party forwarding service will then ship your order to your APO/FPO address. (please note: Forwarding Fees will vary by vendor)
  5. Please note: In addition to the shipping charges that Urbana Sacs will bill on your order, the third party forwarding service will have their own charges due for the service they provide. We highly recommend APO/FPO shipment insurance since Urbana Sacs is not responsible for damages occurring in transit. Transit times vary depending on the location of your APO/FPO address. Typically, you can expect delivery anywhere between 6-8 weeks. Your package will arrive by U.S. Postal Service and package tracking is not available. Standard return policy applies for returns from APO/FPO addresses.
